Revdex.com:Well, they didn't quite tell it as it happened but since I called Colerain RV and spoke to Jerry S***, the general manager, Cindy from the finance office did return my call and told us that she sent the paper work to her Main Office in Cincinnati on December 2, and they would have to submit the cancelation request to the warranty company.Surprisingly, however, we did receive a check from Colerain of Indianapolis for the amount of $1742, the very next day!! This appears to be about $below what the warranty company had told me we would be receiving, however, we are thankful to finely be done with Colerain RV of Indianapolis.Thank you for your help! For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the support from Colerain to assist in resolving this matter and I hope that we can come to a quick resolutionUnfortunately I cannot accept this initial response as it doesn't necessarily resolve anythingI hope that will change in the near future, and I will work with Colerain in the hopes that we can all come to a satisfactory resolutionThe last (and only) communication I received from *** was a voicemail from Delbert M***, on Saturday, 08/13/at 11:32amMrM*** stated that the unit was dispatched on Friday, 08/12/to be returned to Colerain, but it was released by the Service Department in error, before it went through final inspection of repairsIf Colerain would like a copy of this voicemail I would be happy to provideMrM*** stated that he would contact me the following Monday, on 08/15/to discuss the repairsI returned MrM***'s message that same dayHe did not answer, so I left him a voicemail and mentioned that I was concerned with returning an unauthorized unit but would like to hear from him on MondayMrM*** has not returned my voicemail, nor has he followed up with me, as stated in his voicemailThat voicemail was received days agoColerain has also confirmed that they have not been contacted by **, nor has anyone come to inspect the unitToday is days from the date I returned the unit to ColerainThis is something that I cannot take lightly as this was a substantial purchase, which my family and I spent nearly a year debatingI felt I was in good hands with both Colerain and **, but the substantial damage to my unit within two weeks of ownership and months waiting for repair is unacceptableHowever, I am again committed to working with Colerain for resolutionThanks

Revdex.com, below is a list of corresponds from Colerain to the customer and the manufactureAs Mrs*** stated it was fixed until nowI am sorry the problem came back, but we are here to fix the problemThey use there camper about every weekend so it makes it hard to bring it to the shop for repairs,
I would suggest to bring it back like we did last year for us to look at again and either we fix it or we take it back to the manufacture.
