Ultimate Plumbing charged us and then took us to court for work that was not done We did not show to trial, I had to work, my husband was sick, inquest held judgement rendered for plaintiff The plumber won because we did not show Judge Daly ruled quite unfair and sided with Yonkers resident We filed appeals, and I'm ready to file again Plumber charged $four months later, after his worker said no charge and only put calking around shower lever Takes us to court for $ Now it's almost $ It's the principle I sent out today certified letter stating we are only on Social Security and Disability at the moment This guy fabricated the story It was impossible for us to show, had we known this would of happened things probably would be different We called the plumber for leaky shower, problem was not solved so we had to call someone else The thing that really gets me, my mother who raved about this guy Frank, and I called him to set something up, and have him do something like this to us is unimaginable! I believe karma comes back to bite you, but I will just pray this guy Frank learns from this and have better communication with his customers right after his worker has been to the home You can't surprise people with the bill months later, call to harass them if they don't pay, it's just not good business!!! Then take them to small claims court for $ Frank, that's just crazy!!
