We have a some set backs due to my health issues and I had to trust the business to *** to have this pool completed,I am back to work now and we worked at Mr.*** house on friday and saturday.He has never as me for a refund or mention anything like that I told him we will have him swimming asap now that iam back ive had people there both days I have been back.We did not run away and not work on the pool and we will finish it now that I have returned to work.It would have been nice for Mr*** to speak to me before posting this because I was told he gave us to the end of the month to get him swimming before he would complain but I guess not.Thanks ***

Revdex.com:On June 25th, I had attempted to rescind my complaint that I made on the 23rd because of the promise of allowing *** and *** to finish the pool by end of monthApparently the email wasn't reviewed in time before Ultimate Pools and Spas recieved this complaintI did make this complaint prematurely due to the failed promise of completing the pool portion of the project by *** who was in charge at the time temporarilyI informed *** that I was allowing by end of month or end of the first week of July to complete the entire project as I originally promised*** also has told me that he is now in total control and plans on finishing our pool by the projected time frameSo at this time, I'm allowing this to play out and hope the pool gets completedThank you!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11472930, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Reopen complaint.I had closed a complaint with you guys with Ultimate Pools and Spas on *** *** and *** about a week agoIn my final response from my previous complaint, I was only accepting the complaint as satisfactory from Ultimate Pools and Spas if they had continued progress leading up to the completion of our poolWell they have ceased production ever since I closed out that complaintThey have told us workers were coming out in the morning or during the day for the last week or so*** made a promise that our pool would be complete by end of monthNo decking, No plaster, No gas line, No filling of trenches, No overlay, and no outdoor kitchen has been done at this pointThe only production that they have done is stone work to our pool and thats it since the past month and a halfOur patience has run dryWe are now asking for a partial refund to have someone else finish our pool thats reliablemonths is plenty of time to finish a poolIve had neighbors who started almost and a half months ago with their pool, and they are swimmingIt makes me even more upset seeing other pools getting completed within a month or two and ours have almost been monthsThe desired outcome we want from Ultimate Pools and Spas is the refund difference for the amount to finish our pool.*** ***

*** is correct the pool progress is slower than we wanted however I spoke *** at his home and explained I have found out I have a serious health issues and *** would be the main contactWe are on the project and with weather permittingwe will be back on track on the project
