I have been using their service for a total of about 6 years. The service was good in the beginning. However, I have been having a lot of problems lately. Every time callerd the cumstomer service line, I was put on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes no matter what time of the day it was. I tried to address the problem with the reps when I finally reach them but they would not acknowledge the issue or explain the reason for the delay to me. The water cooler provided to me is meant for business offices, not for homes, and it is very difficult to operate compared to the one I had before. They told me they don't have any cooler to replace it. Now all of their Customer Service numbers seems to be out of service, thus I am unable to reach anyone. I tried the number listed on this site. I was able to reach an operator but I could barely hear her and was hung up. I haven't gotten the service for about 2 months and I am running out of water. There are lot of complaints for this company online. I don't know why they are accredited by Revdex.com. The information needs to be updated as things seem to have changed drastically over the last year or so.
