I have been using their service for a total of about yearsThe service was good in the beginningHowever, I have been having a lot of problems latelyEvery time callerd the cumstomer service line, I was put on hold for a minimum of minutes no matter what time of the day it wasI tried to address the problem with the reps when I finally reach them but they would not acknowledge the issue or explain the reason for the delay to meThe water cooler provided to me is meant for business offices, not for homes, and it is very difficult to operate compared to the one I had beforeThey told me they don't have any cooler to replace itNow all of their Customer Service numbers seems to be out of service, thus I am unable to reach anyoneI tried the number listed on this siteI was able to reach an operator but I could barely hear her and was hung upI haven't gotten the service for about months and I am running out of waterThere are lot of complaints for this company onlineI don't know why they are accredited by Revdex.comThe information needs to be updated as things seem to have changed drastically over the last year or so
