At this time, I have not been contacted by Ultimate Remodel regarding complaint ID [redacted].
I am attaching more documentation.  In addition to the labor (see Tile Reinstall invoice), we paid over $1,400 for the tiles, $325 to remove the shower door and will pay over $800 to re-install the shower door.  We have suffered through over a month of no shower!
