Revdex.com, Ms.*** did inform our CEO Tony V*** of a window leak that she encountered two months after the roofing was completed. Mr.*** stated that they
did not do the window repairs, only the roofing repairsThere was some sort of miscommunication with Ms.*** and Mr.*** as she told him it was the window leaking and not the roof. The response doesn't solve any problems. I have proof of all the messages exchanged during the whole time my roof was being done and regarding the leak. The first message I sent to Tony did say my bay window was leaking, but with it I sent a video of the ceiling leaking. Therefore, I thought he would know I meant the roof above the bay window. It also wasn't the very next day, I told him I hired someone else. It started leaking on a Thursday, and I messaged him right then. Regardless of the miscommunication, he told me he'd be there Friday and he didn't call or show up. When I hadn't heard or seen from him on Friday, I had to get someone else, because I couldn't continue to let the steady stream of water run through my ceiling into my living room.
