way, amicible.  We had to reach out to the police and spoke with a Detective in the White Settlement police department after filing this complaint.  He called Ultimate RV and spoke with Cheryl.  She admitted to the detective at that time that she still had not refunded our money when she clearly indicated to us that she had and for us to "take it up with our bank"  She also indicated to the detective that she did not have the police report number or information regarding the "stolen RV" but would have to get back to him with that infomration.  She never did call him back.  This further indicates to us that they did, in fact, sell the RV between the date we gave our initial deposit in June, 2016 and then they continued to collect our additional deposit money, knowing that the did not have an RV to sell us all the way up to the date we went there to sign our final paperwork in August.  This falls under illegal business practices and we have yet to decide to take further legal civil and criminal action against them.  We, expect, at minimum, they lose their Revdex.com rating.  Unless they can produce a police report from the Fort Worth police department (where they told the detective it was stolen from), with the matching VIN number to the RV that we had given a deposit for.  I have the photos of the RV we were purchasing inclduing the VIN number for proof.  Unless some kind of action is taken against them to indicate their illegal business practices, we will continue to actively pursue action against them.  We suffered extreme duress, and mental anguish as well as financial loss.  We were going full time in the RV and had sold EVERYTHING we owned.  We had no other option but to quickly purchase another RV from a dealerhsip that could accomodate our needs quickly.  If we had any idea for all those months that the RV was sold out from under us, we would have at least been able to get our money back sooner and be able to shop around other places to find one that would be better suited and met all of our needs without the stress of having to do it in less than a week.  We lost not only the RV, but 2 1/2 months months of time not knowing we had been swindled.  How can a person put a dollar amount on all that time we lost thinking we had an RV, paid a deposit on the RV resort, sold all our worldy belongings, bought RV insurance, bought Warranty insurance, paid for someone to have it delivered from Dallas to Spring, TX.  I can go on and on.  So, there was no amicible solution to this mess they put us through.  I would like to see that police report and the dates should match along with the VIN number, otherwise, as I have indicated, I will continue to actively pursue action until justice is served. Regards,

You DECLINEDYou are incorrect by stating that Ultimate RV was not willing to
refund your down payment and you declined the refund and picked out this RVSeveral
employees were present at the time the FULL REFUND was offeredThe unit you
picked is well over $18,ACV you speak of We have a standard day layaway program for
customers who need more time to come up with their down paymentOnce again,
you fell in this category and we even ALLOWED a layaway extension for youYou
asked for several things be done to the unit and every one of those things was
done and documentedAt the time you came to get your RV, any of these "cleaning
issues" you are having could had been addressed then and would have been handled
appropriatelyAll of our units go through the same process on a daily basis
We have documentation of BEFORE and AFTER pictures of the adjustments you
wanted to be made to the RVAt this time we apologize that you are unhappy and
felt the need to reach out to Revdex.com, which we work so hard to accomplish and
maintain good standings withThe RV you picked out is gorgeous and you will
love living itIt's not the exact syou wanted but is the ONE you chose
