We attempted to resolve this customers concerns via email in regards to his concerns on the sizing of the product, the last email we sent him was not responded to The owner reached out to the customer over the phone and attempted to resolve the issue and ultimately, we refunded his entire purchase amount and allowed him to keep the product

I am rejecting this response because:The company is misrepresenting the facts.  Yes they did refund the product.  They however have not been honest.  They did not send any e-mails in which they expected a response that I did not respond to.  I did place a video on youtube.  In the comments they were extremely rude and misstated information and attempted to slander me.  In addition they released my personal information against my will.  If the Revdex.com is interested I can show you all communications for your review so you can understand the entire situation and how it has been handled by this company. Please give me a call at [redacted] if interested.In addition their website is still misstating the specifications of the bag. This needs to be resolved so this doesn't happen to someone else.
