Review: USF e-mailed me for a front desk receptionist position. I called them, and they set up an interview. They also told me I needed to bring a blank money order for $75.00.I was assured the money was refundable. When I went to the interview, I was told it was a security position, which was a total misrepresentation from what I was told. They did some fast talking, and had me sign a contract.I told them I would think it over because they wanted even more money for certifications and such. When I went to get my money back, I was told that in the fine print, it was only refundable for the one day interview. That was my electric bill money. How do you advertise for a front desk receptionist position and turn it into a security scam to take money from people? The manager wearing diamond rings told me his rent is $6000.00 per month. Why did I have to pay that?Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I feel I was robbed. There was no remorse from this man other than telling me he would cut costs on certifications I had no idea were involved.

Review: TO WHOME THIS MAY TRULY CONCERN,I ([redacted]Z) PAID $300,00 TO U. S. F INC. TO OBTAIN THE 8 HOUR PRE-ASSIGNMENT, 16 HOUR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING, AND THE FDNY FIREGUARD TEST PREP COURSE ON 02/**/14 AND ON 03/**/14 AT 8:45 A.M. WHEN I WENT TO TAKE MY 8 HOUR PRE-ASSIGNMENT AT THE TRAINING FACILITY AT: 906 [redacted], I REALIZED THAT 12 OTHERS AND I WERE SCAMMED BY U.S.F INC, WHEN THE SUPPOSED INSTRUCTOR AT THE TESTING FACILITY REFUSED TO TEST US, WHILE CLAIMING THAT HE WAS NOT EVEN A PART OF U.S.F INC, AND DOES NOT EVEN KNOW WHY WE WERE ALL SENT TO HIM.AFTERWARDS, THE 13 OF US WENT BACK TO [redacted] AND CONFRONTED [redacted] ABOUT HOW WE ALL FELT. HE ([redacted]) ASKED US TO EACH PUT DOWN OUR NAMES AND NUMBERS, SO AS HE CAN TALK TO EACH AND EVERYONE OF US ON A ONE-ON-ONE BASIS. I WAS THE FIRST ONE IN HIS OFFICE. I TOLD HIM HOW I FELT ABOUT U.S.F INC, AND HOW I WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THOUGH HE WAS TRYING TO CONVINCE ME TO RESCHEDULE, I SIMPLY TOLD HIM THAT I DID NOT WANT TO RESCHEDULE, AND THAT ALL I WANTED WAS TO GET A FULL REFUND, DUE TO MY ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT BEING BROKEN BY SENDING, MANY OTHERS AND I TO A TOTALLY FAKE TESTING FACILITY, WHICH IS NOT EVEN LICENSED BY THE DCJS, AND NO SEATS WERE RESERVED FOR ANY OF US, WHICH IS A TOTAL BREACH OF OUR ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT. HE ([redacted]) AGREED TO CALL ME ON TUESDAY 03/**/14 AT 12:00 P.M. SO AS I CAN GET A FULL REFUND, AS I REQUESTED. ON 03/**/14 I WENT DIRECTLY TO THE OFFICE TO SPEAK TO HIM ([redacted]) ON WHY HE DID NOT CALL ME WHEN HE SAID HE WAS. HE ([redacted]) TOLD ME THAT HE DID NOT CALL ME BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO RESCHEDULE AND THAT HE WAS TRYING TO GET ME MY FULL $300.00 REFUND BACK. I BELIEVE THAT I MAY NOT HEAR FROM U.S.F. INC AND ITS SHADY REPRESENTATIVES EVER AGAIN, AND THIS IS WHY I, ON BEHALF OF MANY OTHERS, AM SEEKING THE RIGHT TYPE OF HELP BY SENDING IN THIS DESCRIPTION OF MY COMPLAINT. I APPRECIATE YOUR TIME, AND WOULD LIKE FOR YOU TO PLEASE HELP US ON THIS TRULY FRAUDULENT MATTER IN HAND.THANK YOU VERY MUCH.[redacted]P.S. PLEASE HELP US.Desired Settlement: I WILL APPRECIATE IF U. S. F. INC REFUNDS ME FOR THE FULL $300.00 DUE TO MY ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT BEING BROKEN BY SENDING, MANY OTHERS AND I TO A TOTALLY FAKE TESTING FACILITY, WHICH IS NOT EVEN LICENSED BY THE DCJS, AND NO SEATS WERE RESERVED FOR ANY OF US, WHICH IS A TOTAL BREACH OF OUR ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT.THANK YOU SO MUCH,[redacted]

Review: I showed up for an interview at one of Ultimate Security Force Inc.'s offices. The representative rarely asked any questions and was running his mouth the entire time like he was trying to sell me something. Unfortunately, I fell for the scam. After paying the required $75 registration fee in cash and told to leave and come back in 2 days with even more money to pay for additional classes; I leave and look up the company on [redacted] and [redacted]. I realized I had been scammed and immediately return to their office looking to get my money back and also the personal information I had given them. Now I didn't just run back there and demanded my money back. I waited for the gentleman who took my money and said I had already done the 8 hr and 16hr NYS security guard certification which is suppose to be free. The money I had paid them and the additional money they were demanding were for these classes. So he says oh we can give you back your money but because you lied about not completing these classes I'm going to make you wait for that $75. I say ok I can wait to get my money back. The moment I say that his boss jumps out from nowhere and says is there a problem. I start talking to his boss and we go back and forth. At the end I didn't get my money back which the representative promised I would and they still have a photo-copy of my NYS learner permit and social security card and they also have some of my personal information which they refuse to give back to me even after I went to their office and told them they were scammers and demanded my money back. It goes without saying that I no longer want to do business with them and yet they still want my personal information.Desired Settlement: I would feel a lot safer if my personal information wasn't in the hands of scammers and evil doers. Also the refund would be nice because I asked the rep if a refund was possible and he said yes.

Review: I responded to a [redacted] Job posting for a security position. They set me up ASAP for a same day interview to meet a man named "[redacted]". On my interview, [redacted] killed me with kindness and told me I was "Guaranteed a job but needed to complete 2 additional courses" which was the Fire guard license and radio control license. [redacted] also told me once these two classes were completed I could move forward on the employment process. I was then asked for money to pay for these classes in advance with a verbal statement that it could be refunded. I made a $110 deposit with a $164 remaining balance. [redacted] asked me to sign an agreement, took personal information of mine including my social security # and domestic location. When I returned home and started researching the company (USF Inc. [redacted]) I found no official sites, only scam and fraudulent activity reports listed on a numerous amount of sites and was advised that the certifications they provide their students are not recognized by the state. At this point I realized I've been scammed, I decided to call [redacted] test his word and asked if I was able to get my money back if I didn't want to continue. He purposely avoided the question and when I continuously repeated the question asking for just that to be answered, he didn't. He asked me to come in the following day to talk. I told him I felt uncomfortable with continuing the application process and I would like to be removed from their class listing and have my money returned to me as he had promised and he didn't want to have the conversation. The next day I went back to [redacted]. in an attempt to have my money refunded, their super nice attitudes and friendly motives from the initial meeting was switched. I was nothing but threatened. I asked for their real identities so I could possibly seek legal advice and bring the matter to small claims, after they refused I called the cops . the officer was unable to help me and stated he was unable to get [redacted] to identify himself. [redacted] and his boss then shrugged it off and said they have cops, sheriff's and etc come in all the time and how they are untouchable, how they have great Jewish lawyers that would rip me a new one. I took a photo of [redacted] with my cell phone and the boss then stated that it was okay because he knows my address because of the false application I filled out the prior day.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund and I would like this company thoroughly investigated. They are a scam!!!!

Review: On Wednesday March **, 2014 I went to the office of USA Inc because I saw an ad for a job as a lobby attendant. I know the rules and regulations on working as a Security Guard. I possess a 8 hr certificate and a 16 hr certificate but I have an expired security license.

One the office workers who goes by the name [redacted] and she told me that I was going to have to get fire guard training and told me that I would need to pay $199 for the training. Well I did my research and called some of the security schools and I asked my friend who is a security guard and they told me the license for the fire guard costs $35 along with the letterhead of the security company I work for.

USF inc is a scam and is wrong in what they do. I was also told to pay $75.00 and they didn't tell me what the money was for. I am reporting this because they give people wrong information and have people pay lots of money for because some don't have certificates or license.

Anyone looking for a job as a security guard please I don't recommend anyone to go to this location because they take people money.

Please check out this business. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I just want people to be aware of USF inc is all about. And I don't want people to be scammed and research the correct prices for the licenses and certificates. Also I don't think someone should pay money if they are looking for work.
