Review: On September 18 I ordered 2 Kenmore multi purpose needle plates from this company. After 3 weeks I emailed 5-6 times, and called 2 times, leaving my contact info, and asking about the order. Not ONCE did I receive any reply from anyone at this company regarding my order, via phone or email. I did see that my order was 'awaiting shipping.' I called my credit card company, and learned that the company charged my account for the order, but now as of 10/25/15, I have NOT received the order. I didn't receive my order but was charged the full amount. I would advice customers to NOT order from this company.Desired Settlement: I want my money returned. The total for the 2 multi purpose needle plates were 2@$27.00 and postage:$6.95. I want a full refund, $33.95, from this company. Thank You, [redacted]
