After our initial response to this complaint – we received a phone call from Mrs. [redacted] directly in regards to her moving out of our unit. I explained to her on the phone that I have no records of a conversation of any type giving her permission to break her lease without her being held liable for any reason what so ever. I also explained to her during this phone conversation that once we had re-rented her unit we adjusted the liability she owed. We followed the process that is in place for all of our tenants. The phone conversation was ended on that Mrs. [redacted] understood although she did not agree.
