Ordered softballs online from http://www.ultimatesoftballstore.com/ on 03/21/2014. No response from emails or phone calls to find status of order.I placed an order for 3 dozen softballs on 03/21/2014 for $184.30. Order number is [redacted] For payment, I provided a credit card number. Customer service and contact information have been removed from the website. I sent 2 reply emails to the order confirmation email I received. I sent the replies on 03/28 and 04/04 requesting the status of my order. I located a phone number for the company by searching online and found XXX-XXX-XXXX. I called on 04/04 and left a voice message. The call was returned on 04/05 and I was told by [redacted] he would look into it and get back to me. I have received no response.Desired SettlementI want to know the status of my order. If he is not going to ship it immediately, I want to cancel the order. I have no interest in having him decide to ship the order in August when I no longer need the softballs. My season is now. I need softballs now. If he had any kind of a customer service operation, this would be no problem. However, he does not respond to any attempts to reach him for a status check of my order nor any way to cancel an order he will not fulfill in a timely manner.More info received from the consumer 2014-04-18The firm has finally responded and completed the order satisfactorily.
