Review: I took my kids in for eye exams late Saturday afternoon and was notified my daughter needed glasses. The sales lady named Yvelise indicated that due to the fact that she is a child it was mandatory for me to get high index lenses as that is the law in NYS. She then said my insurance would only cover $30 toward the $169total cost. I left a $65 deposit. I contacted my insurance carrier the next day and was notified that all I needed was polycarbonate lenses which they fully cover for my child. I went back to the store to get my deposit back and am now being told they do not give refunds. However, what they did basically amounts to fraud.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the deposit I left of $65.00
