Review: I dropped of my 2013 [redacted] over a month ago. The engine was knocking pretty bad when I started it up upon return from a short deployment. I had the car towed to ultimate Subaru. It took them over 2 weeks to call me back and tell me they still hadn't started to do anything with my car. Then another week or so passed before they called to tell me the problem. I showed up one day to seek explanation due to the cause of the mechanical failure and I was met with accusations of modifying and abusing my car. They customer service representative were rude and extremely unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the service manager I was met with even more rude behavior and no answers to my questions. They simply said they weren't going to pay for the repairs even though my car is under warranty. No answers as to why the malfunction happened or what the root cause was that made it occur. We asked for a full report of the claim which had not been completed. After asking tough questions we were dismissed and ignored while we waited for the report to be completed. I work for a lawfirm and know the importance of customer service. Thier lack of professionalism and lack to show any care in their customers is disconcerning. I hope to see this problem resolved and corrected.Desired Settlement: I want these issues corrected.

Review: Last week Ultimate Subaru salesmen [redacted] entered into an agreement with me to give me $24,000.00 as a trade for my [redacted] which is in excellent shape and only has 26,000 miles on it. On Saturday, February 1st, I went back to Ultimate Subaru with a guy friend and redrove the [redacted] and spoke with [redacted]. During the conversation I asked [redacted] if he could do any better than 24k and [redacted] said they offered too much but he would honor his offer and pay me the 24,0000.00 for my [redacted]. Today, I went to pick up the vehicle and learned through the course of many telephone calls that Ultimate was not going to give the agreed about price for my [redacted] (the 24k). They said they never said that and [redacted] in particlur said "I didn't put it in writing did I?" It appears to me that this company outwordly engages in deceptive and and manipulative business practices. I don't know if this is considered fraud or defrauding me but it sure feels like it.Desired Settlement: Please see the above.
