I was working on a refinance of my home in Delaware. I was referred to Mr Erik O[redacted] to do an appraisal on our home by the Mortgage Company. We paid 520$ to the Mortgage Company and was contacted to pay an additional 60$ for a 3 week turnaround time and 120$ for a 2 week turnaround time. We weren't in any hurry so we just paid the extra 60$ fee that Mr [redacted] requested. He came to our home and was rude, cold and abrasive. He didn't take the time to do his job at all. Mr [redacted] wasn't interested in updates done to the home and the comps he pulled were RIDICULOUS!! He also came back with his low ball appraisal within 3 business days. I do not think he took the time to look at comps, pull what's sold in our neighborhood in the past year and didn't look at the differences between these homes. I would not recommend Mr [redacted] to anyone. We are getting another appraisal done and I will update this site with the difference once it's back.
