Ultimate Trading HSN Joan Boyce Jewelry Life Time Warranty

Review: I am filing a formal complaint on Ultimate Trading on [redacted] I had sent my Technibond bracelot back to them for recoating as required the warranty. They acknowledged that they received it and it was sent out on December 17, 2013 back to me. As of now l have not received it, can't get any answers from the company, [redacted] claims it was sent out regular mail, at which I know they are lying to me.They have lost my bracelot and wont own up to it. This bracelot was given to me by my deceased Mom, and has sentimental value. I need help in this please. I get ignored and no calls or emails back.
