and the model I ordered weighed 2200 lbs and with the options I wanted 2350 lbs. [redacted] posted 1490 lbs on the tracking number invoice November 15th. I spoke with my credit card company and texted your business and let you know I will refuse delivery when it arrives Friday. You said you will refund my money except for shipping it back and I explained I should not have to pay for shipping because it was not what I ordered. You said you want this to go to arbitration. My credit card company told me since it was an internet purchase, I should not have to pay return shipping because you did not sent the product you said you would. You sent a much lighter duty version.
