Ultimate Tree and Yard Work

Terrible!! And I can't say Terrible enough!!
They send this guy named Mike out to give the quotes but he never shows up and then the office person, Tammy will call (3rd time after no show) to make an excuse after I just wasted hours out of my day each day to wait for him What's up??

I'd give Mike and the four fellows he has working for him, six stars if I could They removed my extremely large Mesquite tree today and trimmed an Aleppo tree and a large olive tree, at a vey reasonable cost They clean up so well with a rake and blower, that the areas look better after than when they arrived We have a common area behind us and they also raked and blew any debris that fell over the fence My Aleppo and olive tree look so professionally trimmed I'd highly recommend these fellows and I'll certainly call them again in the future

I looked for them here and called them to come out an I was very pleased they we're Professional from the start to finish, I was frustrated from past company's not being able to communicate with Spanish help .Kendal walked the job with me an was very interested in my end result of being happy.Great group of young men

I decided to go with Ultimate Tree for our palm tree removal after multiple quotes from other companies because of what I thought to be their professionalism even though Ultimate was slightly more expensive than others
After making a down payment to have the service done, they told me that we would have the trees removed the following weekAfter having to call them myself multiple times the following week Ultimate finally told me that I would have to wait weeks to get it done
In our quote the rep mentioned that they would include tree removal and stump grinding for that costWhen Ultimate finally came out to remove the trees they removed the trees and left the stumpsI immediately contacted Ultimate and reminded them that we had agreed on stump grinding in the costThey responded by telling me that it was not included and I would have to pay extra to have it doneIn response to this I reminded them that I still had half of the balance left to pay and that they would not receive it until the stump grinding was completeThe sales assocaite then said a manager from the "office" would be contacting me about the dispute
I never received a call from the office to discuss this, just a call confirming an appointment for the next dayWhen I called back because I was slightly confused, they confirmed with me that they would be removing the stumpsI mentioned that I would check to make sure that the stumps were ground that next day and then call with payment
I had a voicemail from Ultimate the next morning after they had removed the trees saying they had completed the work and asking for paymentBefore I had a chance to call them back or even confirm that the work had been done, they charged my credit card without authorization
I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism and the way that everything was handledThe fact that my credit card was charged without my authorization agitates me greatly, and in my opinion is a violation of customer trustIf given the opportunity, I suggest you go with another company

I had Mike come out and he gave me a quote on trimming 6 queen palms and fertilizing my citrus trees. After he left, I had two more companies provide me with quotes and they were no where near as knowledgeable as Mike was and his prices where good. So I scheduled the crew out and they came the following day and showed up on time and cleaned up before they left. From Ashton in the office to the crew leader, I was 100% satisfied with this company. I just wish all companies were this professional and courteous. Do not hesitate to call Ultimate Tree, they are the best!!!
