I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have spoken with the owner and as a courtesy talked with a tire shop he suggested. As I stated to him the tires aren't presently available and won't be until the fall. I requested a cash settlement and was supposed to hear from the insurance company a last week but have not. So the issue isn't resolved yet.
