Ultimate Woodworks

Review: Ram (owner) at Ultimate Woodworks completed $12K worth of wooodwork at our home in October (2015). His team and he did a fantastic job. As part of his initial quote and as he emphasized upon completion of we had issues within one year to just let him know and he would get them fixed. In February we began trying to contract Ram because we had a board crack and several other minor settlement issues to get him back out to fix them. We had a very hard time getting him to return a call and after months of back and forth we finally got him to our house to look at the issue in early April. He told us he would get his team out the following week to get it fixed and get the painters in to touch it up as well. No call the next week, and now we have been calling him for 4 weeks with no response. It has now been 3 months of us trying to get the issue resolved with no action. I alerted them last week if I didn't hear back from him that I would be contacting the Revdex.com, and still no response. We need some help here. It is a very sad situation because his initial work was out standing and we were very pleased.Desired Settlement: We just want to get the issues fixed, caulked, and painted back to their original form in October. I am a bit nervous now asking Ram back into our home and would settle for them paying (or crediting us) to have another contractor do the required work.
