The ONLY thing positive with my experience here was my trainer. Otherwise just avoid this company! My payments were automatic using my debit card. My bank issued a new card at the first of the year. So naturally the expiration date was changed and the payment was rejected. Nothing was said to me until I received a call from some [redacted] at the corporate office. He came on like a cheap collection agency. I told him I was going to work out that evening and I would take care of it. That was Thursday and I did exactly that. So today (Monday) I get another call telling me I did not do as I told him. I set the record straight and then told him were he and his company could go. If you are under contract make [redacted] sure you send a registered letter BEFORE your contract expires if you wish to cancel.

Beware of their cancellation policy before thinking of signing up! When I called to cancel my trainer sessions after my contract was over I was told that I had to send a letter, at the time I was out of town on vacation so when I returned I immediately mailed the cancellation letter to them. My credit card had been charged for the next month, I didn't want the training sessions but I had no choice but to attend them since I had been charged. So today I called to make sure they had received my cancellation letter and that I was not going to charged for next month. To my surprise I was told that since the letter was sent on the 5th of August I would be billed another 45 dollars for the next month. I couldn't believe it!! Had I known it was going to be this difficult to cancel my membership after my contract expired I would have never signed for their trainer sessions. So for those who are considering to sign up for trainer sessions be warned!!!
