This company charged my card for a product that they never shipped. Nor could I get ANY customer service rep on the Phone, Via EMail or Chat.
They will take your money and run.

We apologize that you had an issue with our company.Unfortunately the item that was ordered was out of stock at the time of purchase but would have been shipped out as soon as we received the item back in stock.We answer all of our emails and chats and during times when the phones are busy we will call back a customer if their call was missed.The email that was sent to us concerning this order was received on August 10th at 2:59PM and a response was sent on August 10th at 3:24PM.A refund was also issued.

So I have been trying to get ahold of this company already for 2 weeks it seems like a robot is controlling there email system I have been getting a hold of them for a while I wanted to purchase a on and off switch and I was just double-checking that my model is available somebody just continue to reply back take a picture of it and send it to them I gave them the order number they should have on file which model they sent me in the mail so I finally talked to somebody that actually has communication skills I ordered a switch for the Z Flash it arrived three weeks later I installed it yesterday Thursday it did not work it look like it was used before it was a little scratched contact them today to see how I get this working I followed their YouTube video their solution is they just sent me a return shipping label did not explain anything to the customer and I asked for a supervisor not a robot so I would like to talk to somebody from ultra bright lightz I am tired of what they are doing to their customers and I would like to talk to a supervisor over the phone they are making an excuse that they cannot answer because of what's going on that's no excuse they're still open for business and they have to answer their customer I want some kind of refund I will keep busy flash but since the plastic piece keeps falling off and obviously it look like it was used when I first got it so is this which I would like something back switch does not work at all so I would just like my money back immediately

sent us an email asking a question about a switch for a product that he ordered.We answered that email eight minutes after it was sent.We then asked for him to check and see what version of the module did he have so we can verify that the switch would work on it.The reason that was being asked was because we were in the process of switching to a new version of the module and we wanted to make sure that the switch was compatible with what he had so he would not have any issues.*** insisted that since we sent him his order,we should know what we sent him.He was then asked to please verify or even send us a photo of his module so we can verify that the switch would work so he would not have any issues.We do not want a customer to order something to only have to return it.*** did not reply back.This all occurred within a period of one hour on the same day.*** emailed us saying that a plastic piece on his module kept falling off and he wanted a replacement.He was sent an email apologizing for the issue and he was told that we will gladly send him a replacement.A prepaid return label was emailed to him for the return.*** replied that he wanted a replacement sent first and then he would send back the defective item and he would like a supervisor to contact him.A supervisor called him an left a message three times over the course of three days.*** then called back and spoke to the supervisor and no matter what options were given to him including a refund to try and rectify the situation he did not want any of them.

Representative that called me was being very rude I asked him that I need somebody to walk me through technical support on the item that I purchased kept repeating itself so I ended up disconnecting the call before disconnecting the call I asked him for a supervisor so nothing has been handled yet I already installed the switch into the car taking it out would be a nightmare if they want to end this they could just give me a refund for the on and off switch and we are done but it does not look like that guy wanted to do anything to help a customer

It has not been settled if you guys want to not give the customer technical support or let them talk to somebody else because the last person he was talking to as rude just give me my money back for the switch the on and off switch and we are done I will stop doing business with ultra bright lights I am not going to go through the hassle of taking everything out after I hit the wire just like I wanted it with the double-sided tape chance ripping off some of my interior sorry you guys should have put that on the website that I would need to update the device you guys did not put that number two I was asking you guys several questions before I ordered it and you guys failed to answer I still have all the emails that seem like it was just a copy paste thing so one easy way stop ignoring the customer and trying to get this case closed with a Revdex.com because this case has not been resolved until I get a phone call or a refund for that on and off switch honestly I would be more happy with a refund because of how poor customer service with ultra bright lights I will make sure to properly rate this company on social media with my proof that I have that they're ignoring a customer all I want is my money back send me a confirmation saying that I'm going to get that money back then I will agree to close this case cuz then you guys would have helped me now you guys are just trying to get it closed please Revdex.com look into this company seems like they're up to Shady stuff

A refund has been issued to *** for the switch upgrade.Since *** paid for his order using PayPal the refund has been issued to his PayPal account.I have attached a copy of the receipt.

Poor installation instructions. Delayed customer service responses. Buyer beware. They delete negative reviews at all costs then block unhappy customers.

I purchased a siren online and received it. I mounted the siren and was unhappy with it. The siren was designed to vibrate the vehicle in front of you. Standing outside of a vehicle and in front of the vehicle with the siren on it, the siren sounded and felt great. Once you get inside of a vehicle in front of the vehicle with the siren on it, you cannot hear or feel the siren while moving at all. I called customer support three times, on two different days. On the first call, I left a voicemail that was not returned. The second call was answered by a live person who offered to leave a message for me so I could speak to a technician. On my third call, I was me with a recording that said " Nobody's available to take your call, goodbye" and then they hung up.

Thank you for reaching out. I see your missed call from yesterday, but unfortunately we are closed for federal holidays. Besides that I don't have any record of your call or a message for a technician. We also don't have technicians. Perhaps your unanswered calls were to the manufacturer or another company? Regardless I'd like to explain that the siren is a low frequency siren and best used in high traffic areas. A standard 100W siren is best if you need to alert approaching vehicles while moving at higher speeds. If you're unhappy with it you may return it for a refund and I'd be happy to provide a shipping label and you can find it attached. If you have any questions please let us know.

First off the product I purchased, Z-Flash, is advertised as a headlight flasher. I assumed it was like most flashers with the exception of having to wire it in. Most flashers alternate the headlights. This one does not. The flash pattern is inconsistent and non-alternating. That is why there are no clear videos showing the entire truck for more than a brief moment on their website. They make you think it is alternating but it is not. This may be good for you, but understand it will not wig-wag your headlights.
Secondly, my previous review of this product directly on their website was censored. I took a over a week before they would publish it and they published positive reviews in that time. Also they edited my review and denied doing so and refused to change it back. I had to contact the *** about that, and in response they just deleted my review all together. I hope the new review on their website will not be censored and this company will work to improve their customer service and business practices.

I purchased a $500 light bar in the beginning of September, they told me it would ship within two weeks. It is now October ***, they have not contacted me whatsoever to explain what is going on, and every time I seek to figure out what is taking so long I get “ unfortunately it hasn’t shipped yet” this is a company, what the heck is going on, do you have the light or not, what the deal with the shipping. Terrible customer service

Good afternoon,
After several attempts to compensate the customer due to the extended build time on his order, he requested to cancel the order on 10/at 8:36 pm after filing a Revdex.com complaint against the manufacturer. We responded to the customer on 10/via phone and left numerous voicemails, as well as emailed the customer to inform him we did contact him. On 10/*, the customer sent us another email saying he tried to call after hours, and to please go ahead and cancel the order. The refund was processed back to the original payment method. Customer then reached out to us on 10/*, stating the refund was not back in his account yet. I informed him to contact PayPal, as the refund was processed on our end. On 10/, the customer sent us another email stating PayPal said to contact us, and we re-processed the refund and asked if he could check to ensure it was back in the account. Customer viewed our email at 10:46 AM on 10/15 with no response.

The business did not contact me at all, no calls, no voicemails, I was the only one who contacted them. This place has lied once again. It is disgusting that you are trying to justify absolutely no explanation on why the light bar wasn’t shipped within two week as your garuntee, letting me sit and look terrible with my department who placed their trust in me to get a product. A month and a half later still no explanation.

I always have an excellent experience with this company. Great customer service. I shop here all the time and they always give you the best deals. Any problems are always fixed very rapid. Would recommend theses guys to anyone-
