Ultra Car Wash II

Review: This is an automated service, I like that and have been using this service for a while however, today when trying to get my vehicle wash the system took my credit card, charged it and then failed to activated the wash cycle. I then tried several times to back up and re-enter the wash but it failed to activate the system. Frustrated, I drove through and pulled up to the front of the business to find some form of recourse but there is no phone number posted, no email, nothing.... This leads me to believe that I am expected to just say oh well and forget about the charge on my card without getting services in return.I then googled Ultra Car Wash II in Laplace and found a number on the web on to discover that It is a Fax, so I tried sending a Fax with my contact information but the Fax machine will not accept an incoming Fax. (I wonder how many people pay without getting service and just give up?)I would like the proprietor of this business to call me and make good with this matter. I would also like a sign posted so that customers will have a VALID phone number, a valid Fax and/or Email address so that this is no longer a continuous issue.[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund the charge on my card. Everything else said is being done so because I have NO WAY to contact a representative of the business.
