Payment $for carpet cleaning
My main concern was the darkness along the edges of the carpet along the stairs and upstairs closet, as I expressed to themI was unable to be present while they did the work due to them being late and me needing to get to a meeting According to the other workers in the home, they were present for less than minutes and this included loading and unloading of equipment Getting payment seemed to be a main concern for them and so I prepaid The next day I went to evaluate the carpet and was astounded by the unacceptable job It was as though NOTHING had been done outside of the one room which I paid to have the carpet stretched (again, all within the min time frame) Due to needing to get this home on the market in

On January 14th, called to have Boys in Blue (Ultra Clean of Arkansas) clean carpeting They were in and out in about minutes once they had the equipment set up Carpeting is not clean Called *** (***) on February 8, to complain he said they could not do anything about it due to the time that had passed This is a rental unit that is vacant and no one has lived in the apartment or on the carpet since they "cleaned" it on the above date (January 14, 2016)
I had these guys come out yesterday supposedly clean my carpet, the guys were pretty nice but did a poor job, at first I thought it was the cleaners but it was not, when the guys came out to steam clean the carpet they Did Not vacuum the carpet first, I've cleaned carpet for over years and know this is a necessary step even common sense would tell you that, a vacuum with a agitator bar to loosen dirt so you would not be making mud like the BOYS IN BLUE did in my house, they were here for twenty minutes spray water in four rooms unloaded and loaded the truck all in that time, when I called to talk to sup he confirmed, we do not properly vacuum rooms we vacuum and spray water at the same time, do not use these people, this is the absolute worse carpet cleaning I have ever had I in years and the worst thing is that they can't teach there employees to clean properly be because the people that own Boys IN BLUE,ultra clean of arkansas do not seem to know how themselves, be forewarned skip the BOYS IN BLUE your better of doing it yourselves
