I am rejecting this response because:
The business is not telling the truthI contacted by credit card company again to confirm that I won the dispute and also confirmed that my card was run again by the businessI have asked them to send me this information in writing which I will pass along once I have it. I also have independent confirmation from Stripe.com, their credit card processor that ultra clean ran my card on 5/11.I will send this information along with the confirmation from my credit card company separately. I tried to resolve this through the Revdex.com but criminal legal action will be taken. thanks, *** Thanks

He disputed the charges with his credit card company.  They gave him a provisional credit and the credit card company reviewed the complaint and charged his card after we won the dispute. The customer will need to take this up with the credit card company.
