I am responding to this claim for swapping a suit jacket case#XXXXXXX
Our family has run this business for years at the same placeI don't understand why he told me "they stole the customer's
clothes"

First, he brought items (coat, pair of pants and jackets) in order to dry-clean them, on Tuesday Sept at 6:pmHe was the last customer that dayAlso, there was a lot of mud on his coat, and pantsHowever, when I received his order, I immediately made the tags because of how much mud there were on his clothesI didn't want to spread mud on the floorAfter that I made a record of his clothes on the control sheet and I put his muddy clothes in a separate bag with his invoiceAs I explained our work, I told him that it is not possible to change jacketWhen he called me, he checked his tag *** on his clothes himself and said that the number *** was correct and still on the clothes
Second, I brought his order to our main store on September 09, I opened up his order and tried to remove the mud from his clothes for hour by handThen I only dry-cleaned his clothes by themselves because I didn't want mud to spread onto other customer's garments
We pressed his clothes and checked his tag numbers times from all three different people (first, the dry-cleaner, second, the presser, and third, the quality controller) and then packed it
His garments were noticeably dirty clothes, and that is why I remember him clearly*** It is not possible to mix the ordersI don't understand why he insists that we swapped his jacket without any clear evidenceHow I can believe him without him showing his orderHe must check his order at the front desk when he picked it up
Lastly, I gave my effort to remove the mud stains for hour by hand and proceeded to dry-clean only his clothes without up charge
Also he must prove what he saidI wanted to tell him that if I had not removed the stains, you could not wear those clothes anymoreEven though I had cleaned everything to the best of my abilities I don't understand why he would say that I had stolen his clothes
We have enough evidence and we are able to prove any paper work

I have never stolen and ruined your jacket
I don't wnat to consider any financial compensation or a replacement

I'm just done dealing with itI wore my suit home the previous Saturday night after not taking it off once, then I get a suit back from the cleaner that I physically can't even put on it is so small
