for one, the radiator hose was not connected and the mechanic who fixed it even said this is a common occurrence when ppl are rushingFor two I did not swear once while in the shop and was met with pure aggression as I was the time before this when I wanted the hood to close properly after the work preformedThe owner is insanealso no customers or kids were present at all in or around the shop while I was there just two of the owners friendsI came in just to show the owner the pictures taken by my regular mechanic and he lost his *** on meAs for the f ont end, ill gladly bring it for you to see so you can see the bumper is hanging loose and I was told they needed to attach it better as it can be lifted up to where it should be attachedI never made any mention of previous work done or not done as you seem to thinkplz call me at ***As long as you are not the insane ownermy next step is to talk to a lawyer and the insurance company about what has gone on here at your shopI'd like to avoid that as I'm sure you do alsoAll I want is the right thing to be done here and not this half a job that has been preformed

We are very sorry that you are having trouble with your car. You brought your car back to us complaining that the front end was not connected. We checked the car and found front steering and suspension parts were worn out and needed to be replaced. You agreed you have not done any maintenance...

on the car in a really long time. The problem that you are having with your car does not have anything to do with the repairs that we did. If we did not connect your radiator hose correctly it would have leaked within 1 to 2 days and not 10 months later. As we said when you called us on the phone, we will pay for the repair for good customer relations, even though they are not related to the repairs we performed. When you came to our office the owner had the check book out and was ready to write you a check, but you came in yelling and swearing in front of customers and children. You were asked to stop swearing in front of children. After several times asking you to stop swearing, we had no other alternative but to ask you to leave.
