Be very careful with these guys We were told we were getting the upgraded version of A/C unit, but found out from [redacted] that it was the lowest model they sell London franchise poorly installed air conditioner (& went out of businessTwo attempts to contact HO result in zero responseLondon franchise completed Installation of [redacted] stage, BTU 95.5, pipe venting Furnace and ton [redacted] Ultra Series whisper quiet performance air conditioner on June 6, The AC immediately made much noise & after they adjusted it, it would rhythmically (regular intervals) move into what sounds like laboured and louder cycles of operationThey put a blanket around the compressor, and this did reduce the noise, but the laboured cycles continueWe repeatedly called Eisa and left messages, but eventually his inbox was full and he never returned any callsI finally located the head office (HO) in Cambridge (now out of business) and on Oct 1, called spoke with a lady named Vena who informed me that the London franchise had gone out of businessI left two messages (Oct and Oct 9) with Vena, but the owner (Moe S- same as the Moe who helped install my A/C) has never even called me back I see he is likely only in Hamilton now I even sent an email from the website, but that did not result in any contact either Paperwork says the installers were Sean, Kevin and MoeI think Eisa already knew he was going out of business because Kevin mentioned he had another job lined up The salesman from [redacted] finally paid another, reputable plumbing and heating company to drain the lines, install some missing equipment and refill Unit seems to work fine now, but no thanks to Ultra Comfort [redacted]
