recently when I had need of a plumber I called this company I did not think to ask about a service call fee and neither was I told by phone or upon arrival to my house that there was a rather sizable fee I did not choose to use this business for my plumbing issue 3-days after the fact, I received in the mail a statement for $for the visit to my house to look at my plumbing issue at the bottom of the statement was the statement " if balance is not paid within days, a finance charge would be applied as well" at that point I called this group and asked what was their minimal fee and was told it was $ then I phoned 3-established plumbing firms in town and asked their service fee price they were all either $90-NOT $ I say all this to say that if you choose to use this plumbing group, you need to be CERTAIN that you ask about the service fee UP FRONT because they do not mention that or did not to me then you will not be Surprised by receiving that statement in the mail after the fact
