This is written response to Complaint ID ***The customer *** *** / *** *** ordered the trial product of Vita Garcinia HCA on 12/15/for $and the trial product of Ultra Finesse
on 12/15/for $The trial periods are days but we provide an additional days to the customer to make sure they have time for receipt of the product before billing the full price. On January 10th (days later), the customer had full charges of $for Vita Garcinia and $for Ultra Finesse.The customer called in January 13th and got a full RMA and agreed to a 35% refund on open bottles for Vita GarciniaIn making sure we took care of the customer, we processed refunds on January 15th in the amount of $and $The customer was satisfied and we are not aware why a complaint was filedNonetheless, we then provided the remainder of the balance of $as a refund on January 17thThe full price of $has already been refunded to the customer for Vita Garcinia HCA.In regards to Ultra Finesse, the customer called in January 13th and got a full RMA and agreed to a 35% refund on open bottles as wellIn making sure we took care of the customer, we processed a refund on January 15th in the amount of $The customer was satisfied and again we are not aware why a complaint was filedNonetheless, we then provided the remainder of the balance of $as a refund on January 17thThe full price of $has already been refunded to the customer for Ultra Finesse.Customer service was advised that full refunds were processed and she mentioned she has satisfied with the resolution on January 20th.Please provide up to ratings for our business as we have met the customer's needs and concerns.Kind Regards,Ultra Finesse Support Team

Review: I ORDERED [redacted] PURE AND ALSO ULTRA FINESSE-(COLON CLEANSER)- THEY WERE BOTH TRIAL OFFERS FOR $4.99 EACH- WHEN YOU ORDER YOU HAVE TO BE SURE AND CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP OR THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FEE MONTHLY $84.99 FOR THE [redacted]. I ORDERED THE SAMPLES AND TURNED AROUND AND CANCELLED THE MEMBERSHIPS ON BOTH PRODUCTS. I RECEIVED MY ORDER ON MARCH 8, 2014. ON MARCH 21, 2014 A CHARGE OF $84.99 WAS DEBITED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT BUT HAD NO TELEPHONE NUMBER IN ORDER TO CONTACT- JUST STATED (COLON CLEANSER)-I CANCELED MY DEBIT CARD AND STOPPED TRANSACTION AS A FRAUD DUE TO THE FACT THAT I HAD CANCELLED BOTH MEMBERSHIPS AND SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN CHARGED-( I CALLED THE ULTRA FINESSE NUMBER AND WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT A CHARGE FROM THEM)- WHEN THE BANK FURTHER INVESTIGATED THEY HAD A TELEPHONE NUMBER THAT I RECEIVED ON 3-26-14 AND CALLED BACK AND IT WAS [redacted]- AT THAT TIME I TOLD THEM I HAD CANCELLED THE DAY OF ORDER ON BOTH MEMBERSHIPS- THEY CLAIMED THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF MY CALL- I ALSO TOLD THEM THEY CLAIMED THEY HAD NOT CHARGED THE $84.99 ON MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS A LIE. MY BANK REVERSED THE TRANSACTION- DUE TO ULTRA FINESSE STATING I SIGNED AN AGREEMENT AND HAD NOT CANCELLED THE MBMBERSHIP WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I CALLED BACK ULTRA FINESSE AND ONCE AGAIN WAS TOLD THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME CANCELLING MY MEMBERSHIP- EXCEPT ON 03/26/14- I SPOKE WITH [redacted]= EMPLOYEE NUMBER [redacted]- THE MAIN COMPANY IS LOCATED AT: [redacted] COLORADO..[redacted] IS AT CALL CENTER. HE STATED IF I HAD CALLED EARLIER THAT THE CHARGE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DEBITED. IT IS MY WORD AGAINST THEIRS- I CANCELLED BOTH [redacted] AND ULTRA FINESSE THE SAME DAY THE ORDER WAS PLACED. I HAVE HEARD ABOUT THESE DEALINGS AND FELT I DID EVERYTHING IN MY POWER TO AVOID THIS SCAM. I AM REQUESTING THAT THEY REFUND THE $84.99 BACK TO ME- SINCE I DID INDEED CANCEL THIS MEMBERSHIP IN THE TIMELY MATTER. THANKSDesired Settlement: I WANT THE $84.99 REFUNDED BACK TO ME.
