On 5/31, Don Evans was hired to resurface the bathroom wall tIle and tubThe finished job was poorly done with paint drippings and rough oversprayWe had already paid mrEvans by check before the paint dried thinking we were doing right by him and expected the same treatmentWe called MrEvans repeatedly asking him to return as we were not satisfied with the finished lookHe came back on 6/to smooth the rough places and sand and re spray from the paint drippingsWe gave the tile a few days to dry and on 6/11, we realized that the paint drippings and rough spots were still as bad as they were originallyWe called mrEvans every day from 6/until 6/14, when he called us back just 9pmMr evans stated he would return the afternoon of friday, 6/17, but he didn't show up nor did he callWe are highly disappointed and would like a r

Hired Ultra Tile to refinish a porcelain bathtub during a bathroom renovationThe owner (Donald Evans) and a helper performed the refinish on Wednesday 03/23/When the job was completed Ultra Tile was paid in full $There were a few blemishes pointed out after completion and I was told after product is fully dry it will correct itselfAfter the bathtub fully cured and was further inspected it turns out that there are many flaws in the service that was performedIn many areas there is overspray and paint drips in the dried productAlso many areas that are not smooth to the touch nor appearanceAnd a chip in the new paint has allowed water to reach underneath the surfaceThis tub needs to be refinished or the payment should be refundedI have tried calling Ultra Tile on numerous occasions leaving message after message and have not received any phone calls in returnI would like to speak with Don to resolve this issue
