I have told this company that they are not authorized to charge my bank account for their product that I do not use. In fact, all of the products they sent to me, have been returned. They received a letter from me by way of Federal Express in February, telling them to stop charging me. I was charged in February as well. Despite this, they still charged me $84.93 on 3/25/20, and $86.92 on 3/24/20. They did this again on 4/25/20 and 4/24/20 for the same dollar amounts. I do not want to cancel my debit card, as it is set up for auto payments for several things I do use. They also take payments under the name of Smart Well Fitness, but it all goes back to the Ultra Green Slim Fitness, Shipping Dept. Fulfillment. They have taken unauthorized payments, in excess of over $1,500.00. I want this to stop right now. It's as if it is a RICO action.

I have no idea what their email address is. I have never seen one, nor emailed them. I am at a loss. I received two more packages from them today. Now I have to spend more money to send them back. I am at wits end with these people.

To whom it may concern,

After seeing Ms.-***’s complaint, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication. We have a monthly subscription program, with terms and conditions listed on our website, and allow our customers to start their trial for the cost of shipping and handling. After the 16-day trial period ends, per the terms of the subscription, if you do not cancel you are charged for the product in your possession and joined our monthly program. This is designed to save our customers the time of placing a new order every 30 days to maintain their weight loss regimen.
Upon our review of her account with us, we can affirm that Ms.-*** started her trial with us on July 29, 2019 for the shipping costs of $6.95. We gave her one more week of extension on trial, so she could have longer time to try our product. After her trial ended on August 21, 2019, we did bill her for the product in hand and entered into our subscription. Our data shows that Ms.-Forn did not call in nor email in to cancel her account and subscription. We’ve attempted to reach out to Ms.-*** several times through phone and email, but did not get any response. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority, we were able to issue Ms.-*** a refund for the $84.93 and $86.92 shipping and handling charges on both March 24, 2019 and April 24, 2019. We can verify that her account with us is cancelled now. We regret that Ms.-*** had strife with our company and dearly hope that this satisfies her complaint.

To whom it may concern,After seeing Ms.-***’s complaint, we would like to apologize for any miscommunication, and we are sorry Ms.-*** is not satisfied with the refund of $343.7 we've issued on May 21, 2020. According to the Return Policy on our website, customer must contact our customer service to obtain RMA for any return package, and return the package within the 30 days after purchase with a RMA attached on the package, so we can track back the package and refund the customer accordingly, but we did not received any request from customer support. However, customer satisfaction is our priority, we would like to open an exceptional case for Ms.-***, extend our refund up to 90 days, three $84.93 charges and three $86.92 from December,January and February. Because we've experienced technical issues while attempting to refund the amount electronically, we would like to mail Ms.-***’s remaining refund with money order, before we do that, we would need Ms.-*** to confirm her shipping address via email or phone call, so we can have money order mail out as soon as possible, thank you.We are writing this response as Ms.-*** never responds to our email or phone call after we attempt many times, and we hope this message is delivered to her so we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience we have created and dearly hope that this satisfies her complaint.Kind regards,Customer Support
