In we installed a roof at ** *** ***, a leak was developed sometime between and present. The homeowner or someone he hired attempted to repair the roof using the wrong material. In doing so, this voids any warranty. We never received a call prior to this years
leak. In May 2017, Angelo went to the residence and the homeowner was advised as to what the problem was and was given a quote. The homeowner then called and stated he would pay for the repair as long as we would guarantee the problem would be solved. We cannot "guarantee" this. In regards to warranties: For shingles, manufacturers warranty is years, labor warranty is years. For EPDM (which is used for flat roofs), manufacturers warranty is years, labor warranty is years. In any case, the warranty for this had already expired. Ultra Home Improvement has decided not to be involved any further
