And concerning the peeling paint issue...

Painted my house and outside walls. Clean up was not done, plants were not put back in place, paint on gutters is crackling, scrapings from back wall were not picked up, calls were not returned.

Review: This company Ultra Improvements painted the exterior of my home, along with serveral others in our sub division in [redacted] AZ last July, 2014. Paint is peeling and falling off in areas around the exterior. Several attemps have been made by me calling the number ###-###-#### without any success. No one answers and there is no way to leave a message. Mr [redacted] told me the paint job was guaranteed for 5 years. Alsoa couple of my neighbors who also had their house painted have attempted to call Mr [redacted] with no success.Desired Settlement: Come back up here and repaint the areas of the house that need attention. Stand behind what Mr [redacted] told me.

I was recommended to ultra improvements by a coworker and now I am very pleased to do same thing I would highly recommend this business I called for a quote to have my home painted within 30 minutes I received a call back a meeting was scheduled on my time frame for a estimate. The price was fair and the job started and finished as promised NO surprises very personable ppl to do business the job was great and the clean up was outstanding. And just a side note that I really appreciated was they take no money up front payment was made when the job was done and I was satisfied.

Ultra Improvements painted my home. THey worked with my HOA to get the OK to proceed and helped me pick approved colors. THey used high quality materials, arrived on time, were professional and worked hard to complete the job in one day. [redacted] , [redacted] and the crew did an amazing job for a good price. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality painting contractor.
