Hello, Regarding [redacted] 's portrait order, we have made the corrections of print sizesWe are mailing her all (2) 5xsheet of each portrait in her packageOur apolagizies for the packaging, however, we have corrected that as wellAn email will be sent to customer informing her that she will recieve her corret order with in weeks of this letter Thank you for notifing us with this matter Kindest Regards, Karen [redacted]

We have been In constant contact with Ms [redacted] regarding her orderMs [redacted] gave us an incorrect address at the time of her orderHer portraits were initially sent to the 1st address and then returned to our corporate office She has updated her address with our office and her portraits were shipped off on 6/17/She should have her portraits by nowPlease let us know if we need to do anything further

Hello,I have contacted *** *** regarding her concerns on Friday 7thI explained why we were unable to respond to her messages and would give her a call on Monday Oct 10th to make arrangements to have the correct portraits sent to her I called her Monday and informed her that we
had her portraits that were damaged reprinted and we also were sending her the full order as a curiosityShe was more than thrilledI also sent her a return label to have the other portraits that were not her family sent back to us so we send them to the correct familyShe is a great customer to be concerned for the other family and we appreciate her very muchOur apologizes for the misunderstandings and are grateful we are working together to get this all resolvedHer full portrait order was sent Oct 10th Tracking # *** *** *** *** *** **.Kindest Regards,Karen ***

Sent: Friday, January 22, 12:PM Subject: Complaint #***Hello my name is *** *** and I Made a complaint towards Platinum Portrait Studio about a week agoI would Like to close this complaintA representative has gotten in touch with me in regards of my photos and she has verified that they were sent out to my old address and there was no one there to pick up so they were sent back to herOnce they are sent back she has to mail them to my new addressShe has all of my updated information and my photos should be arriving soonThis was all a form of miscommunication on both of our behalfWith that being said I would like to Close out this complaint as stated beforeThank You. ***, ***, ***"*** ** ***"Revdex.com:

were sent out on 01-04-After tracking her package through the ***, we discovered they tried to deliver her package on 01-07-but left a notice because it was an unsecured location. The package has since been sent on its way back to Houston. Mrs*** gave me a new address and it will be re-mailed when It gets back to our officeBest Regards, Diana ***
