WORST light. Used for 3 months and didn't work. Called and asked me to pay $95. Use "LUMADENT" instead. LUMADENT is a much better company.

I ordered a loupe light I decided to return it because I was not completely happy with my transacation My husband returned it for me with tracking and insurance Expected delivery was July 11, Tracking number and USPS says it was delivered July 13th
It is July 27, I did not receive any email saying the light was received or a return is issued I called in to ask about my return I gave my RMA # The girl on the phone said they never received my package She asked for the tracking number I had to go out of my way to call my husband to find the tracking number among his desk papers
I called the company back with the tracking number Wait minutes She is issuing the refund today
I assume that packages are never received unless you have a tracking number and call in This would be an expensive mistake if you lose your tracking number and the company never "received" your return

I ordered my loupes through Ultralight Optics back in January and it is now the end of March and I still do not have my product in hand. Every time I call I get the same thing, "your order should be shipped by the end of the week." They've been feeding me this garbage for three weeks now. My coworker has hers and we ordered them the same day. They have obviously messed up my order and won't tell me the truth. I am going to call and tell them to cancel my order all together. I am extremely disappointed especially considering the price range of their products. You'd think that they'd take better care of their customers. If this is the type of customer service they render prior to receiving the product, I can't imagine the type I'd receive afterward if there were ever an issue. Two thumbs down!
