Review: the company advertise 1000 minutes international calling to colombia and after 2 weeks they remove the country from the listDesired Settlement: stop giving false advertisement to costumers

Review: I changed my plan by accessing the link sent to me in text message reminding about the expiration of plan and recharge option by ultra mobile on my cell phone. I followed the link and changed my plan according to the instructions and made the payment according to the new plan , but the services didn't start, instead when I tried to check the payment option they deducted for the plan amount again from my credit card. they must not have accepted the payment once again. Customers support are saying that I need to contact them for changing the plan but they don't work after 10.00 pm. They have accepted my payment for a wrong plan. NOW ULTRA MOBILE ARE NOT CHANGING MY PLAN AND EVEN NOT REFUNDING THE EXTRA AMOUNT AND BOUNDING ME TO USE THE SERVICES FOR NEXT PERIOD ALSO TO ADJUST MY EXTRA PAYMENTS.Desired Settlement: I want to get my desirable plan for which I made the payment and also want the refund for the extra money charged twice instead of getting it adjusted with future services

Review: Yesterday, I purchased a Ultra Mobile $34 prepaid starter kit. Included in the kit (verbatim)) "Kit Includes: Standard and Micro SIM | $29 Airtime Plan". I activated the card, only to be informed that to get the account to work, I had to pay another $29. This is a no contract, prepaid plan. Phone support failed to do anything, only repeating that I had to pay $29. Web support failed to provide any support at all. So now I'm out $34 and tax with a phone I can't use.Desired Settlement: I want my phone service to work, or a refund for all charges.

Review: Ultra Mobile defrauded me when I purchased data from it. It didn't disclose that 500mb data I would purchase would only be good for that month.

In addition, Ultra mobile has tried to persuade me to enroll automatic payment. After I declined several times, Ultra mobile maliciously changed my voicemail from English to Spanish.Desired Settlement: I need ultra mobile to refund me for the date purchase.

I've purchased an Ultra Mobile $29 monthly plan. It comes with some features including: Ultra 1000 and call me free. The call me free feature did not recognize my number an Ultra Mobile Number for at least 4 days. When I called the Customer Service, I was told that some one would call me back within 24 hours and the issue would be fixed. I was also told that once the issue is fixed, I can call the Customer Service and they would issue credits to compensate me for the issues. I called them, they said, as always, that all of the supervisors are on the phone with the other customers and someone would call me back but they never did.

Besides that, I used the Ultra 1000 feature to call Austria today but, surprisingly, my international call credit was charged, while Austria (both landlines and Mobiles)are included in Ultra 1000 minutes and the international call credit cannot be charged when you call those destinations!

There are several 'Inaccuracies' in their system:

1, Their system did not recognize my number for at least 4 days.

2. The system does not recognize some of the destinations, which are included in Ultra 1000 Minutes!

People should contact the FCC and report these Mobile companies, who do not follow the regulations.Desired Settlement: I'm tired of spending hours, talking to representatives at Ultra Mobile Customer Service. A full refund for $29 is requested since their customer service is unable to resolve the issues. If it is not resolved here, the next step would be addressing the issue to the FCC.

Review: A few months ago, I saw an advertisement for Ultra mobile at a local contract retailer that advertised $19.99 a month for unlimited talk and text. I found this as a perfect cell phone plan for my 81 year old elderly mother who doesn't know how to text but just talk on the phone. Her monthly payments are due on the 27 of each month. I recently paid the bill and it's not even a month into the billing cycle yet Ultra mobile decided to just cut my mother's phone service for this month without any warning. When I contacted customer service to find out what happened, I was told that she makes excessive calls and therefore they temporarily suspend service until the billing cycle ends. I was told that if I want it back on I would have to pay another $19.99 and when the billing cycle ends I will have to pay another 19.99. I was never told of this rule when I started the service and I was told that the service was unlimited for the price and that she can make as much calls as she wanted too. Like I explained to customer service, this was unethical practices and false advertisements to scam and fools customers to get the services as I was not told that the monthly payments came with a limited amount of minutes which would of help me to make a decision whether this plan fit my mother's needs are not. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, Ultra mobile tried to extort more money out of me for services I already paid for based on the cell phone plan offered.Desired Settlement: I'm requesting that Ultra Mobile change their false advertisement on their $19.99 unlimited talk and text as it is false advertisement and fooling customers into thinking that they have unlimited phone calls when it is limited minutes. I will also request that they restore service on my mother's phone because I have paid the monthly payment based on the planned agreed and her service shouldn't have been turned off until the end of the billing cycle.
