Review: I purchased a voucher to UltraMurals.com from [redacted] Local in August 2013. The voucher had a promotional value of $120, and the price I paid for the voucher ($60) was valid forever. The promotional value expired after a certain time period (in February 2014). Sometime in April, I don't know when, I tried to use the $60 value that never expired. However, Ultramurals's website would not accept the voucher. I emailed customer service for help, but they never replied to my email. I called them, and a rep returned my call and told me to email certain information so they could help me. I emailed them the information, but they ignored my email again. I emailed a few more times, but they never replied to me except sending the auto-generated "we will reply within X days" emails. It is inexcusable to sell someone the equivalent of a gift card and then refuse to honor it. It is also inexcusable to ignore a customer's emails for months. After waiting for two months, I was no longer willing to accept my $60 value and asked UltraMurals for the full $120 value. Of course, they also ignored that email.

When I contacted [redacted] Local today to ask them what I should do next, [redacted] initiated a refunded of my purchase price ($60). I have asked them not to proceed with that refund while this complaint is resolved because [redacted] Local should not have to refund me me any money; this is not Amazon's fault, it is UltraMurals' fault. I did not know [redacted] would initiate a refund and did not ask them to do so. It was UltraMurals who breached the contract
