First off my address is incorrect that is why I never received the claim. When we first took this project we let the client know we would get as close as we could to the "XANX Pill" he wanted us to print on the shirtsThe print is identical to the tech pack that was approved by the client, I
explained that it was hard to make out the detail in photos because of the shadowing and assured him it was exactly what he asked for when you look at it in personHis shirts have been packaged up ready to ship was just waiting on his final payment + shipping costOur company holds a no refund policy because every project we take on is custom made to the clients specsI have communicated with the client trying to solve the issue but he would take weeks to reply at a time which escalated this claim for so much time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[ Sir I have provided the Revdex.com with a PDF file of our full conversation so there is no need to say that I took weeks to respond. The only time I took more than a few days to reply was when I received the pictures of my order. In that time frame I was contemplating whether I should ask for a refund or not. Besides that there were multiple occasions where my sales rep took over a week to reply. Now the whole reason I decided to go with your company back in October was because I followed the companys Instagram account and the products that were advertised looked amazing. But the pictures that were sent to me did not look near as good as the products that were advertised. I have looked at all the photos of my order many times and I still don't think the quality is what it is claimed to be "in person". Every time I blow up the photos and look at them closely the color is almost gray instead of white and looks really grainy. Bottom line is that you and/or your company did not show or bring any refund policy to my attention the entire order process until after I requested one. I understand that any business wants to avoid giving a refund at all times, but if that ends up being the case then that said business/company needs to have a clear policy stating that they do not offer refunds. It isn't right to not state that at all then when the times comes to refuse the request. The only reason I have brought this situation this far is simply because I can't afford to take a $400 loss. If I could afford it I would of let this go months ago. ]

the client, I explained that it was hard to make out the detail in photos because of the shadowing and assured him it was exactly what he asked for when you look at it in person. His shirts have been packaged up ready to ship was just waiting on his final payment + shipping cost. Our company holds a no refund policy because every project we take on is custom made to the clients specs. I have communicated with the client trying to solve the issue but he would take weeks to reply at a time which escalated this claim for so much time.
