Ultra Pro Landscaping

The company has failed to provide services that they were hired to perform.We hired Ultrpro Landscaping to tear down a retaining wall, remove the old materials, and install a new retaining wall. We paid them a down payment to start work. They came and tore down the wall back in mid December 2013. They left the wall in the a pile in our driveway. We spoke on the phone a few times since then and were assured it would get done as soon as the weather allowed. They no longer answer their phones and no further work has been completed. We have multiple emails as well as a signed contract from them. I don't know what else to do.Desired SettlementWe would like a complete refund of money paid or for the job to be completed.
