Good until you order
The customer service was amazing until you get your order. Was sent the wrong diamond hilt and surprise ! Terrible customer service and was told to replace it with what I ordered I would have to pay an additional 20% so roughly $132 restock fee.

Also was told to go to their live chat for fast response vs email but it was disabled.

Haven't ordered a saber yet, but, absolutely OUTSTANDING customer serviceThe founder of the company almost immediately responded to every single one of my questionVery positive attitude and very kindWill definately purchase a saber!

I want to start off saying this is a great company run by great people with a great product and great customer service.

There are alot of bad (and what I consider to be false) reviews out there. SO, let me set the record straight. I have ordered Two Sabers from Ultra Sabers. To start, all of their LED modules are fantastic. Both of my LEDs are LedEngin LEDs in an aluminum casing, with aluminum heat shrink (not a steel hex as some people claim). There is also no hot glue but rather a tough and appropriate amount of industrial glue. As for wiring all the wiring is properly soldered and protected with heat shrink/heat wrap. Now on to the battery back and wires attached. A lot of people say that the electrical tape used to hold the wires together at the base of the battery back is poor wiring. It is not. That is all the tape does, hold wires together i.e. heat shrink is not needed and would be a waste of money. The wires are also properly soldered into the battery pack and the sound board is held onto the pack using industrial glue and adhesive.
It is a job well done.

Now onto customer service. My first issues were with blades, either damage to the blades or the film inside the blade twisting. They answered my emails within a single day AND sent me new blades free of charge. When I had more problems they offered me all future blades at half off as most of the trouble was being caused by my use of the blades (Extremely heavy full contact sparring) and were not actual defects. Then I had trouble with a saber. In that case the LED stopped working, the soundboard seemingly shutoff (which I knew meant a short somewhere) and the resistor seemed to get too hot. I emailed Ultra Sabers and immediately got a response. They told me what was likely to be causing the problems and EXACTLY how to fix it. When I failed to do so they had me ship it to them. It was shipped, fixed, and arrived back in less than a week along with a free pair of Lithium Ion Batteries, and a paper both explaining and showing me exactly how to fix my saber should I have the same issues again.

Now to summarize, once again, Ultra Sabers is a great company, with great people, a great product, and great customer service!

I recently placed an order from Ultrasabers LLC. Shortly afterwards I received an email from [redacted] claiming my address could not be verified without a copy of my driver's license, credit card and invoice of the order, as well as my signature. Finding this to be highly suspicious I requested further information about why the address could not be verified. Rather than attempting to allay my concerns [redacted]' s next email claimed my unwillingness to provide digital copies of my personal information indicated a clear case of fraud, displaying a bullying attitude common among scammers. I was very offended by his accusation and I declined to provide the information once more. I pointed out that the risk of identity theft sending digital copies of personal information posed and impolitely requested that they cancel my order. [redacted] responded, enraged, that my attempt at defrauding him had failed and gloated that he did not need my business as he still sold thousands of sabers every day.

I got a Light-saber and I was happy! But then to my eyes it doesn't work... so I switch batteries with new AAAs and they get hot, and once I put them in and press the button/open it to see how the batteries are doing, and to my surprise there is an explosion of battery acid everywhere... So I went here to see the reviews and I guess they are not bad. So I hope Ultra Sabers help me and my problem soon.
