I want to start off by saying that I have never dealt with the complainant, I was dealing with her husband *** and he was the one that I had made the initial agreement with me, as well as the agreement to have additional work doneWhen I initially met with complainant husband, *** I had given
him an estimate for the job he wanted, he hired me! As we were approaching the end of the job *** (complainant husband) wanted more work done, I explained that there of course would be an extra costI gave him another estimate for the additional work and I agreed to have him pay me over time in installmentsI was NOT the one who approached him and said there was more work that had to be doneI completed the job and left a final bill for serviceI am now receiving this complaint and none of what the complainant said is truthfulI had called the complainants husband *** as soon as I received this and he stated he had no idea that his wife submitted th is complaintI did this job for him on good faith that he would pay me in installments when he had the money, and now his wife is disputing the validity of this work?
