Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: All I asked for was a credit for the few days the establishment was closed They in turn told me that " [redacted] ", yet when I canceled my monthly subscription, They were able to prorate my monthly fee for my refund This is NOT how one conducts business If I pay for a service for the entire month, and am unable to use this service because YOUR ESTABLISHMENT was closed, I should be able to get my money back In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

In the terms & conditions for the unlimited wash program which is listed in all our brochures; Ultra Sonic, Increserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, equipment failure or by any other cause beyond our reasonable control.We had a major equipment failure that made the belt system unstableWe had to ordered the parts and such we posted in six areas of the car wash; by the coffee by the cashier, in the waiting room and though out the store for days in advance, that we will be closed for this maintenanceDuring this week it rained for five days so the car wash was only closed for two days due to equipment failure.We are sorry for any inconvenience but we have only closed for three days over an eight-year period for equipment failureWe have also stayed open on all major holidays (With a holiday limited hours which we also post.) We do everything possible to be open, not only for our monthly customers but also for the general public

You can close this dispute.  Its horrible that you are willing to lose loyal customers, over such a small amount of money.
