reasons. The first being that I have not filed a claim for liability insurance in over a decade. Secondly, I felt too much time had gone by to start a claim. Lastly, I felt that there wasn't enough evidence or proof which would've held us accountable for the damage resulting in coverage. Since the consumer states that the damage did not occur during an installation, but rather a wind storm after my firm had completed the job, my carrier would have most likely denied the claim.Please contact me if you have any questions.
