check never went through the bank. So there is no reason for us to refund the $38.00 for a returned check. We apologize for the inconvenience with this matter and hope that this resolves the matter at hand. 
We as "Ultra Touch Car Wash" would like to offer the a refund of the $35.00 that was spent in the beginning of this situation.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Regards,[redacted] I read daves response. typical really. he told you nothing more than run around opinions and blame shfting that my five year old daughter could school him on. nor did he offer up any real facts to the questions: 1. if he tells people "watching those tapes are not-your not, worth my time...", then I ask what is worth his time; clearly doing his JOB, is not. 2. before getting my insurance involved, he offered me "HUSH", money. $300 dolloars plus signing a RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER, as a settlement. bottom line, INOCCENT COMPANIES DONT OFFER SETTLEMENT CHECKS DAVE!! 3. he tells me the tapes are now destroyed, (how convenient), so no hopes for a supena...; funny how the one thing that can prove my case just "MAGICALLY" GETS LOST/DESTROYED/OVERRECORDED, these are his words. 4. I guess at this point all I really have that are TRUELY HONEST, GIVEN ALL PARTIES INVOLVED, the only honest worth a damn people in this whole thing, are the google reviewers. and gee, I find it funny how in DAVES OWN WORDS, "i trust my guys, I don't need to watch the tapes." I find it funny how 90% of the bad reviews on their google page, ARE ABOUT THE DETAIL DEPARTMENT!!! OH BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DAVE, THERE IS NOOOOO REASON FOR YOUR HINESS TO "CHECK THOSE TAPES", BECAUSE YOU HOLIER THAN THOUGH DETAIL DEPARTMENT IS CLEEEEEEEEEEARLY OF FLAWLESS AND IMPECABLE STATURE. YEAH!, HAHAHA, their grade A reputation shows it! 5. I walked out of there day 1 without even the mention of payment. after pointing out all the damage they did "ATTEMEPTING" to get out the water spots, and seeing just how "HAPPY", it made me, they clearly knew they screwed up and were not about to try and make me pay for a job that they knew would ultimately cost me MUCH more in the end. 6. in response to the insurance letter, "...he showed up with a flash light clearly in an attempt to show and blame us for damage that was already there and to attempt to con us into fixing his glass..." well, that couldn't be further from the truth, DAVE! and id be MORE than happy to clear the whole little "FLASHLIGHT" issue up for you simple folk there at ultratouch. They called and said sir, your truck is ready. looking out side, it was pouring rain and very dark, and I knew if I were to want to be able to see if they did a good enough job at removing the water spots, then I would of course have to bring some "ARTIFICIAL SUNSHINE". You could watch the tape to confirm AT A MINIMUM THE WEATHER THAT DAY and moment I showed up, oh yea, but WOOPS!, DAVE DESTROYED ANYTHING LIKE THAT, THAT MIGHT RUIN THE FALSE IMAGE HE HAS OF HIS "PERFECT LITTLE ANGELS"/A.K.A./ "THE DETAIL CREW... so yes o mighty insurance company of daves, I did show up with a maglight, ONLY TO LOOK FOR WATER SPOTS, (I will say this, as far as the water spots go, good job, almost all gone;) BUT CLEARLY AT A PRICE. if I take a welding grinder to my face, it works wonders for my acne, but dang, where did all this blood come from??? case in point being, I shined my light, started to smile, then noticed all these horizontal spider web looking things popping up. I checked the next window, and the next..... THEY WERE ON EVERY ONE! MIRRORS TOO!!! I assure you Revdex.com, I didn't bring my flashlight looking for a fight, but merely to do what I would have done anyway if it were sunny and my truck were outside. so the fact that I brought that flashlight, IS IRRELAVENT!!! So there you go DAVE!, a little lesson from my 5 year old daughter on stating FACT!, and not blabbering nonsensical gibberish followed by, "oh, here, just read this thing from someone else. DAVE: "PHEW!, almost looked like I was going to have to do some work today. DODGED THAT BULLET!!:):)"
