Never received my product but was charged postage then they went ahead an charged me $89 even though I did not authorise it.
Diet pills ordered but never received product and was charged $4.95 for postage. Then the company charged my credit card $89.00 even though they were never authorised to do so and when I sent in for my "free" bottle there was nothing stating that this was a monthly charge or that I would be charged at a later time. I have disputed these charged with my credit card company. I have tried numerous times to find a customer service number to cancel but nothing is listed anywhere and when I tried to email they were bounced back to me. This is definitely a scam and unfortunately I got caught up in it.

Desired Outcome

I want to be taken off their list and to cease all credit card payments that they are taking from my account without my authorisation.

When the customer signed up for the trial it was for a fourteen day tiral and if ther was no cancellation of the trial the customer was charged. The product was sent to the customer USPS and the tracking information is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. We have cancelled the customer's account so no more charges will be taken.

First there was nothing stating it was a 14 day trial or I would not have ordered the product and second, I don't know who the product was delivered to but I never received it and I will not pay for something I did not receive. According to the tracking information I had it made it to Denver then never left the post office.

When I placed the order for the product it did not have on the description that you would be charged $89.25 for the product.
When placing the order it did not state that you would be charged $89.25 10 days after you ordered it. If it had I sure would not have ordered it I would like a refund for the amount that was charged. I am not paying $89.25 for a bottle of pills that don't work I will send the product back if you would like for me too I don't have a problem with that.

Desired Outcome

I'd like a refund for the $89.25 plus the overdraft fee that it charged my account because I didn't know that they were taking the money not for one bottle of pills that does not work. I will gladly send the product back all I got was the one sample anyway please refund the money to me.

Ordered sample got and they then charged me 89 for. Sent auto fill and charged 89 a bottle for two bottles.
Charged me 89.94 on April 17 for free sample. Under muscle gold. Auto refill came may 10 they charged. 89.94 for the ultra trim on the 2 of may under function muscle. On the 3 they charged 89.95 for The detox h When I called and asked they said it was charged the first time because I keep sample. I cancelled the auto send and told the I was unhappy with product because I hadn't lost even one pound. The women I talked to said oh well and they couldn't do anything.

I would like a refund for product. I have unused product that I am willing to send back.

Company charged my credit card $89.95 for two products instead of just $4.95/ea and would not credit after telling me they would
On 1/19/19, I clicked on a link that said Dr. Oz has advertised this weight loss, Ultra Trim. It stated I could get a free trial for $4.95 shipping. I decided to order but then it showed that I had to order Nitro Pump free trial for $4.95 shipping in order to get this product. So I thought ok it's only an additional $4.95. I looked and looked to make sure they would not send me automatic shipments because this has happened to me in the past, but I saw nothing anywhere so I decided to order. Approximately 3 weeks later, I was checking my credit card statement as I do every week and noticed two charges of $89.95. On 2/4/19, I called the support phone number 844-292-2777 on my packing slip and I told the lady that I have two charges on my credit card and that I I do not want any additional products because first of all, I didn't want the other product Nitro Pump but was forced to order it, and that I didn't want to Ultra Trim either because it didn't work. She said she would cancel the order and that once the cancellation goes through, that my account would be credited for both charges within 5-7 business days. I waited until last Monday, 2/11/19, and the charges were never credited. I called again and this rude woman said that the other lady was incorrect, I told her I talked to her the previous Monday and she said she would put a cancellation through and my card would be credited. She said there is a cancellation but that the lady was wrong and the charges were not credited. She then proceeded to tell me that the website states if you do not cancel within a certain amount of days, you would be charged. As I said, the link I clicked on did not show any of that. When I went to the main Ultraslim.com site it does states that so I'm not sure what is going on. I guess the link is incorrect and it is a scam in that popup I clicked on. The lady said they would not credit my account and I then told her they are nothing but crooks and scan artists and this is horrible that they prey on people like this. I cannot afford these charges and she just refused to do anything. I told her I would be telling every one I know not to order the product and that I would be contacting the Revdex.com and she didn't care, I finally just hung up on her. It

Fraudulent scam with taking part in a trial of their product.
I have 5 unopened bottles of their product which I did not request. Apparently they think they are allowed to send you their product without your consent and withdraw funds from your account. They claim that you have 14 days to cancel however I am unable to locate the terminology or emails they claim to have sent. When I spoke to their representative they stated that they do not accept returns and will only refund the past two shipments.

I am seeking to return the unopened products and receive a full refund.

We recently received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Ultra Trim account. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on 08/09/2018.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 17 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $89.95 for the Ultra Trim seventeen days from the date that the order was placed for the product(s)."

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged $89.95 on 08/26/2018.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on 02/07/2019 when you cancelled with a representative. Your account was immediately cancelled, and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

As a courtesy, the representative provided you with a 100% refund on your most recent charges. You were refunded $89.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX and $89.95 Trans-ID: XXXXXXXXXX on 02/07/2019. The refunds issued would automatically reflect to the original method of payment.

Company does not follow their own fine print and will not refund money.
12/16/18 I ordered a free trial of their Ultra Trim product and paid $4.95 for shipping. The item was shipped (according to their records) on 12/20/18 and arrived 12/24/18. They charged me the full price of $89.95 on 12/28/18. Their fine print reads it is a 16 day trial period, after which they will charge full price. The customer service agent I spoke to was extremely unhelpful, argumentative and hung up on me.

Desired Outcome

I would like my $89.95 refunded to my card. Not only did I not receive the product in a timely manner to be able to trial anything, they charged me before the trial period was up.

The website for this product indicated that I was signing up for a 30 day trial. after some research I decided not to use the product and was sending the unopened bottles back before the 30 days but before I was able to do so, my card was charged twice for $89.95 and $89.94. I called the company and was told that although they send a 30 day supply, the trial was actually only 15 days. there was no indication of this on their website or the paperwork sent with the product nor was the price made available. I feel this info should have been sent with the product but I only received a packing order. I never would have ordered this product if this info had been presented on the website. I contacted the company immediately after discovering the charges on august 28th at 8:20 AM and spoke with a representative named Shante who assured me that I would be refunded the full amount after they received the product back unopened. she also told me this process could take up to 2 weeks after they received the returned product, and gave me a refund authorization number. I sent the product back via certified mail and it was received on 8/31/18 and signed for by a Christian R. I contacted the company a second time on 9/25/18 at 2:00 PM to let them know I had not yet gotten my refund and was told to check with my bank to see if there were any pending credits, which I did and there was not. I would like to get my refund as soon as possible.

If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

According to our records the first contact we had requesting cancellation of your account was on August 28, 2018, when you cancelled with a representative. Which resulted in your account being canceled immediately, and you have not received any shipments or charges since then.

Since the time your account was canceled, you have contacted your credit card company and initiated a charge back for the full charge(s), because of the charge back, we cannot issue you a credit at this time

While I appreciate you getting back to me I am still waiting for my refund that was promised to me within the two weeks after I retuned the unopened product on August 31st via certified mail. I filed a dispute with my bank only after it was apparent you had no intentions of giving me a refund. You company is a fraud that uses false advertising under the guise of a 30 day trial. No where did I see that your trial was actually only 15 days, as you hide that information on your site. Whether you sent my money back in the form of a credit through my bank or through the Revdex.com, I want the money back for a returned product. If not I will be sure and let everyone know that your company is a scam and file the appropriate paperwork with the Revdex.com so everyone who researches you will know your a scam. Thank you
