This is GM from motel (old Super ) jonesville NC I got mail from BBT complaint ID [redacted] ( [redacted] ) Guest name [redacted] stayed @ my motel on Dec While he stayed here he once called at office about disturbed by noise next door guestI tried to call that room but did not get contact with guest so I called back to [redacted] and ask him if he would like to change room or I would give him full refund if he like to checkout nowBut he said noise is stopped and everything is ok.I told him if again any noise call me anytime and I will come there and talk to that next door personBut [redacted] did not call againIn morning when he came to checkout he ask for me but I was sleeping so he left his number to call himI called him back.He asked for full refund but I told him I cannot give you refund now because He stayed here whole nightI do not mind to give him refund back if any serious issue but after asking him at night to change room or give him refund if he would like to checkout that timeI am not sure what he means by we cannot tell customer what to doI am here to help my guest stay at my motel feel satisfied and safeI want them to come back againHope I tried to explain situation as good as I can .If any question please feel free to contact me My number is 336-269-Thank you Manu P [redacted] General manager

not get contact with guest so I called back to [redacted] and ask him if he would like to change room or I would  give him full refund if he like to checkout now.
