This company without my acceptance charged me two charges of 98.90 and 95.88 will not provide a full refund.
In early July I ordered and advertised item and paid with a debit card a few weeks later two additional charges hit my debit card One for 98.90 and one for 85.88 I did not order or authorize these two charges. I called the company to find out what they were and to cancel and further charges. I was told that I would have to pay a cancelation fee on each and would not receive a full refund. The very next day on my debit card I was refunded partially on each 1 for 74.18 and 1 for 71.91 . I am a senor and live on extremely limited funds with several health issued. I originally ordered the items due to health issues and when the product arrived it did not work as advertised. However that was on me --but the two additional charges for items that I neither wanted or ordered are very upsetting. . I feel I was scammed on the amount of 48.69 and would like to request that back. I did send a email to company and a written letter -no response.
