Customer service at this customer is abysmal While I received my item in time for Christmas, I had to prevent them from changing my shipping method from day USPS Express to day ground fedex When I wrote to them to voice my opinion on their practice of downgrading shipment methods, I received a condescending and patronizing email back from their customer service directorIn the email, the director states that they often change the shipping company They state that day priority on air transportation is often switched to fedex day ground transportation I merely pointed out that I suspected them of changing shipping methods to make more money They obviously have a contract with fedex and are able to make more profit by shipping that way instead of USPS And that's okay, but they should be honest on their reasons, and not change shipping without the customers' permission

I had an issue with my saber (Aeon V3) shorting out not long after I bought itWhen I emailed them about the issue, they were very prompt in responding to it (Within hours of my email being sent), and were willing to take care of the problem I am looking at ordering from them again for my next saber (Aeon V4) and would continue to do soI have seen complaints about their handiwork on other sites and I can't see why it would be anything but customer error causing the problems describedAnything will break if you abuse it My only issue is a dead LED, but one of this power is still kind of a new technology, and some errors are to be expected (The defects are actually planned for in production runs of the LEDs) Overall, I'm impressed with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again

I recently placed an order for a lightsaber that my son had been saving up for (it has taken him a few years to save up for his first "real" lightsaber) There was a great deal at the time - free initiate saber with purchase of another saber - so, I placed the order Both lightsabers arrived quickly and both are amazing I have not given them to my son, yet (I ordered them because of the sale, knowing he would have the rest of the money by Easter), but I know he will be thrilled In my tinkering with them, both are very sturdy and well-made The sound of the custom saber is excellent as well as the color and brightness

My GF and I are full time professional Jedi We use lightsabers in performances and classesWe have about a dozen ultrasabers between us
We have so many because they were the only option when we started long ago, and they break so often we have to have backups for our backups
Not only is the workmanship shoddy, they do not back up their work and are rude in the return process
Also, we sent a part that is unsafe, and they would not exchange it for one that isn't dangerous to use
Many other people have shared similar stories

I've ordered many times from Ultra Sabers and have never had an issue. After reading a lot of the poor reviews, which seem to find their way around, I thought on issue I did have was their fault because it matched so many other complaints. I emailed them explaining my issue and they responded within a day. After speaking with them it turned to be user (my) fault and they told me how to rectify it and how to avoid it in the future. Great experiences with them so far, I suspect many other negative reviews are user error and ignorance.
